Todd as Jack Sparrow. He LOVES pirates, and for Easter he got a Jack Sparrow movie, he loves it. He asked me to take this picture of him “dressed like Jack Sparrow.” What can I say, he is such a cutie, a awesome big brother, and great help.

A rare nice day in April
Some say our weather has been crazy, and I would have to agree, 70 one day and snowing the next. It makes for some crazy days of calving. On this nice day we got Fred out and all 3 boys took turns riding him all day. Luke helped his dad and Joe sort heavies, he loves it. Here are a few pictures of that beautiful day.
Luke in his favorite green shirt.
Jed taking his turn, we have to pry his hands off the horn in order to get him off.
Justin shutting the gate.
Luke headed out to help dad.
Here are dad and Luke moving the cow back out to he pasture. There were really cows in front of them, I was trying to get up as close to them as I could.
How do watercolors taste?
I don’t know how water colors taste, but Jed does. I guess I needed to feed him before getting him dressed, not the other way around. He thought they were great and wondered what the fuss was all about. He got it all over the carpet too, good thing he is so darn cute :) Needless to say the watercolors got hidden in the trash (had to hide them or he would have dug them out to taste them again.

Easter
The Easter bunny found us this year and left way too much candy. Maybe we will all get sweeter.
We colored our 5 dozen eggs, then we hunted them and threw them (yes we look a bit funny in our throws, but we did pretty good for only throwing once a year.)
Our family Luke 3, Jed 1, and Todd 5.
Pack Trip
Here are Todd, Luke and Jed heading on their pack trip to an unknown destination. They play so good together, and love it to boot! We are so lucky.
Justin’s Woolies
Justin proudly sporting his new pair of woolies, made by Zach Peila. They came in quite handy this week during the snowstorm, however they are not white anymore.
